Last week a vet took some mouth swab from the baby panda (He is still unnamed and I shall call him “PANDAH!“) at San Diego zoo for a researcher to study the DNA.
“Bai Yun, successfully mated with Gao Gao in March and was then artificially inseminated with Shi Shi’s semen at the end of her estrus period. Results from the test are expected in a few days” … Said
It’s been a few days now and I’m dying to know who’s the DADDAH! I hope it’s “Gao Gao” because he’s my favorite panda (very very cute)
Well, yesterday they took some additional mouth swab sample from the cub. I guess the initial study was not giving any result or something.
