It’s now 9:15 pm. on Tuesday. I’m still at work, not really working because it’s a midterm exam week. Most students already left the building.

I decided to update both my Thai Diary (Spygirl)and [BAD]eng Blog (bloggie) at the same time. Too bad the Thai diary will get a bad English entry today…soooo ssssorrrryyyy naaa.

The reason why I’m writing at school (from work) are…

[1] have to go to bed early tonight
[2] have nothing else to do at work

Well…I woke up too early today so now I’m dying to hit the bed. I will go right to sleep (maybe) when I get home tonight. Tomorrow, have to meet with Jiab and Ney at Tyson around noon. Chris will cover my hours tomorrow. (He will work for me, teehee…happy happy)

TODAY…

WE (POP and GOLF) went to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. (Drove all the way out to Fairlake, got lost too) We were projected about $50,000 to $80,000 in Loan (for buying a house) at Suntrust Bank two weeks ago. Since then…Pop was so sad and didn’t want to borrow money (get loan) again because he thought he’s not quarlified. (We need OVER $80,000 in loan to get a small condo here)

SO…

We forgot about the loan thing, thinking our credits and saralies are too low to get higher loan and we would be able to buy a house or a condo here in Stelring. We went to signed up with REMINGTON Apartment right across the street while their *special deal* still last. [$995/mo for a freakin luxury rat hole]

BUT…

We happened to talk to a really cool real estate agent today. We just wanted to look for a townhouse to RENT…BUT this guy (the realestate agent), he told us the 101 benefits of buying over renting. Also encourage us to contact LEE, a loan agent over at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage company.

SO…

Pop called Lee and made an appointment right away. We finally talked to him and he estimated our loan at $80,000 to $120,000. PINKPONK~ JackPot~ This is what we’re looking for !!! Somewhere between this range and our monthly mortgage payment would be around $1,000/mo. HOORAAYYY~

HOWEVER…

They need my yearly salary statement (A.K.A. W2) for year 1999 and 2000. Of course, I never keep any of them (STUPIDDDDD !!!!!!!) So I have to request new copies of them through my employer (School) and they said they will find them for me. Still…I don’t know when they’re gonna to send them over. They can’t approve our LOAN until we give them my W-2s.

HECK…

What a day. TOmorrow I’ll take a day off work and go hangout with Jiab and Ney. So tired…
