Ah...after a year of service at the new team, I've got my promotion =)
I didn't expect it AT ALL. I thought boss didn't like my work because of a few mistakes. I don't like making mistake and I try very hard to make no mistake. It's very hard, frustrating, and challenging when working with boss. He's way too smart, too awesome...too perfect! Every little error and mistake won't get passed his two eyes. Working with him give me panic attack but ... I have improved so much from the day I started here.
