Pei Wei's Crispy Chicken Thai Dynamite

Ok, after telling myself over and over that I should eat at home and cook my own meal more often.  I went out to eat at Pei Wei back to back Friday night and Saturday afternoon.  What the heck wrong with me?

Nothing...

I just want to figure out that awesome dish on their menu.  The dish I can say at the moment my MOST FAVORITE restaurant menu ever!  (Yep, like it more than sushi, like it more than cheddar cheese biscuit).  It's "Thai Dynamite" at Pei Wei.  (Crispy chicken!)  I love that smoky flavor and aroma.  This dish is wonderful and I am trying to figure out how to make it at home.  Therefore, I went there twice to get the same dish.

Have I figured it out?  Nah...  I was too busy eating and enjoying my food I forgot to analyze it.  I need to go back again sometime, maybe soon!
