07 Review & 08 Goal

I had a discussion with my boss today on year-end review. I’ve got a super good review and very satifying performance score. For 2007, I started with “EE” at Interim. Then I moved my job able able to secure another “EE” with the new boss…whew!
I also set a super high goal for 2008. Highest…I’ve ever put in writing. I need to find a way to re-organize my time better so I can work faster and better in lesser time. Hm..m I need an upgrade

Oh man…our company is doing the same thing. Although they usually do by the end of FY but this time has been delayed. You sounds to be so great at what you do and I admire that. I want to be able to work from home like you! I need an upgrade too..lol.
Yep, let’s order some upgrades! Hm..m 2GB of RAM for my brain. 4 more hands and 2 more computers!
I just did pretty much the same thing last Monday. Things seem fine and I do also put up a very high Goal.. (and my boss say it’s time for me to learn and he think I can do it …. so, let’s see)
I wish I could work from home. It’s not that I can’t .. but with with rich media from home, I probably can’t get anything done on time….. it’s faster just to come to work in the office about 5 hr. rather than 10 hr. at home and can’t get anything done.
as if there was any doubt?! he/she is lucky to have you on their staff and they better appreciate all the effort you give them or i’ll kick their butts!!!!
